Delivery of orders is ensured by DHL Parcel Portugal postal services. The deadlines indicated in the table above are the deadlines generally observed and may vary depending on reasons beyond our control, taking into account strikes, stoppages, cases of force majeure, festive periods such as Christmas, Easter and Carnival. The payment of any penalty or compensation based on this basis is not accepted.

If you do not collect your package within the timeframes indicated by the postal services in the delivery notification left in the mailbox in case of absence (15 working days), the package will be returned and the products ordered will be refunded (amount credited to the bank card used for the order), at the latest, within 30 days following the return of the package to Bark & Miau.
If the package arrives damaged or opened, you must refuse delivery to the postal service manager, indicating the damage found and making a complaint to them regarding the defect. Any package delivery that is accepted will be considered to be free from defects at the time of delivery.
