1. Preparation — We prepare your order within 24 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping and Tracking — The order is delivered to DPD. You will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery in real time.

3. Delivery — Receive your order within 24-48 business hours (Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain).

Verification upon Delivery

Always check the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Inspect the box before signing.
  • Refuse orders with visibly damaged, open, or tampered packaging.
  • If you accept a damaged order, take immediate photos of the packaging and contents.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours via hello@barkandmiau.com with photos of the damage.

Important: Accepting a visibly damaged package may hinder the claims process with the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete (postal code, house number and floor). Delays caused by incorrect information are not the responsibility of Bark&Miau or DPD. If the address is unavailable, DPD will attempt a new delivery or leave a notice for collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the DPD tracking code. You can track the delivery status in real time on the DPD website.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
DPD will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your order at a nearby collection point. You have 15 business days to pick up your order.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
DPD deliveries are made Monday through Friday on business days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barkandmiau.com . If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change the address.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at hello@barkandmiau.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation quickly.
